Tonite the show NCIS had the season finale--they killed off the director--said she had a terminal illness--so it was okay to blow her away in the show--she was replaced with a "new" director--a guy who likes to chew on toothpicks--yuck--none of the NCIS team likes him in the show and neither do I.
Too many other cop shows always have the main boss as the "bad guy" the one all the other lower down cops always defy--get the job done--get yelled at and life goes on. One of the story lines that worked on this show is how everyone had respect for each other--and worked together. Even though the director was "tough" she respected the team and everybody loved everybody.
This "bad guy" new director at the end of the show decided to show his authority--break up the team--and gave Gibbs a new team. Now we have to wait until the Fall to find out how they will all react. The writers IMHO just ruined the show--reverting to an old tried and true story line--setting up the new director for everyone to dislike--the show no doubt will now be same old same old, typical cop show--what a waste.

Dancing with the stars? No way! NCIS is so much better--who won? I liked that cute Latin guy who danced with Cheryl--I hope they won.
I’ve been TIVOing NCIS to watch with my husband when he comes back from his three week road trip. I guess I will have to keep quiet about the director getting killed off. Must have been an aggressive illness!!!

I don't think the director is dead. Notice that when Jethro and Ducky were looking in the body bag(s) they got interrupted and we never saw who was in there. Count how many body bags they had in autopsy. There should have been five, but there were only four. Jennie is alive and well. Her death was staged to protect her from the bad guys.

And they finally did something with Jenny's hair!! It seemed like every couple of months they were doing something to it that made it look not right. Now she's finally looking good...and they kill her off? I liked her.

I did like Jenny's hair in the last episode--Her hair changed as often as her clothes. She made an excellent NCIS director--what are they thinking taking her out of the show!?--sheesh just give her a raise!
I never liked what they did with her hair either. It had that to short kinda radical man hater look most of the time.
